Life is not over yet, you shall bounce back

By Chidozie on August 24, 2012

The downfall of a just man is not the end of his life.Proverbs 24:16 says, “For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.” Yes you can choose to rise from the ashes of failure, and take your rightful place in life. When you do not allow the circumstances you are going through in life to pull you down, you allow them to catapult you into your promotion.

The circumstances you are facing now in your life could become setbacks or opportunities to make a comeback depending on how you handle them. It is a personal decision to allow your setbacks keep you down or to become your stepping stone towards your promotion. It is the Satan’s main agenda to cause us to fall. Any attack the enemy brings against you is to tear you down and devastate you.

Bounce back to life

Joseph bounced back after his Incarceration in Pharaoh’s Prison. David bounced back after his mistakes; Jacob bounced back after slavery in the camp of Laban. You can convert that mountain confronting you, which looks like a big battle before you into stepping stone that can make you

bounce back to life; Daniel bounced back after the lion’s den. Job bounced back after his tragedy and he had much more than he had before the tragedy.

Behind every battle there is a spiritual force. perhaps you were doing well in life before but now things have gone very bad, hang in there! Jesus is saying today, for you must bounce back by fire, because Jesus has defeated the spiritual force behind your battle. Yes that mountain confronting you today shall break forth before you into singing. All the trees of life hindering you, shall clap their hands. All you do is to be still and watch what The Lord will do. Stop complaining and become thankful, God hates grumblers and complainers. You have to walk by faith and not sight; hence no matter the situation be happy and wait on the Lord your Sustainer.

Verse of the Day

This is what the LORD says: “Cursed is the one who trusts in man, who draws strength from mere flesh and whose heart turns away from the LORD. — Jeremiah 17:5 (NIV)
